# Settings and permits management

> Open Settings, review the permits that authorize viewing encrypted data, and create a new viewing permit.

Use Settings to open the Privacy Center, manage access permits, or find documentation. A permit is a signed authorization that lets the wallet display your encrypted data. These pages explain how to review and create permits.
